BEFORE writing to us about your order. We want to get your order to you as quick as possible, and spending
time reading and answering emails makes the whole process a lot slower. If there is a problem with your order, PLEASE
feel free to ask us about it so that we can correct it. HOWEVER, please do not write to check up on your
order unless it has been at least two weeks since you received your shipping notification email, or 4-6 weeks since you placed

we strongly discourage it, If you absolutely have no other way to pay than cash, we will accept it from you,
and would suggest an extremely well disguised package. It's
smart to list at least one alternative because we can't keep everything in stock at all times. If you order something that
isn't in stock, we'll do one of two things: a) hold your order if we know the item will come in soon, or b) b) send you a credit slip for the items that are not in stock. If
you order by mail, It's smart to list at least one alternative because the stock status online may change by the time your
order arrives. Out
of stock items have the words “OUT OF STOCK” next to the button on the page. The click button
will still work, but will read as “0.00” in your cart and you will not be charged. At
this point we are not offering pre-orders for unreleased items, and we CANNOT give you specific dates for
